01.11.12 With the 2012 Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates little more than two weeks away, the LSMS has worked to make this year's meeting as efficient as possible. All Delegates and Alternate Delegates are receiving notices, important updates, and the HOD Handbook electronically. Resolutions for consideration by the House have also been posted online for your review. In order to access the files, you must have your username and password (for details, see Member Login Information below).

Downloading and Reviewing Resolutions
Go to www.lsms.org and click on the Physicians tab. Under the Organizational Information section (scroll down to bottom right), click on the House of Delegates. You will be prompted to enter your username and password. Once you log in, you should see the resolutions listed by section.
Member Login Information
Typically, your username is your member ID number and your password is your first and last name combined. For example: FirstLastname
Please note that there is no space between the two names, and the the first letter of each is capitalized.
