11.11.11 A Louisiana Supreme Court ruling made public available proposals submitted by companies that will take over $2 billion in state Medicaid business.

The state’s top court denied an effort by Amerigroup Louisiana, Louisiana Healthcare Connections Inc. and United Healthcare of Louisiana to block certain details of their winning proposals.

“We finally got a resolution,” state Department of Health and Hospitals general counsel Steve Russo said Wednesday.
