On Tuesday, November 1st, LSMS leaders met with Louisiana Dept. of Health and Hospitals (DHH) Secretary Bruce Greenstein and DHH staffers ahead of the news release this afternoon regarding the mid-year forecast for the Medicaid program. LSMS Executive Vice President Jeff Williams, along with LSMS Director of Governmenal Affairs Jennifer Marusak and LSMS Director of Legal Affairs Greg Waddell, were briefed on the projected deficit and DHH's plan to address the shortfall.
