10.27.11 The behavior health field in Central Louisiana and across the state is being reconfigured. The Central Louisiana Human Services District, a new local government organization established to overee behavioral health issues in Cenla away from the state Department of Health and Hospitals, held its first public forum on Wednesday. The forum, held at the Kees Park Community Center, introduced the board members of the Central Louisiana Human Services District to the public and also touched on some of the issues the district will oversee.
