The Louisiana AAP Foundation (LA AAP) is hosting six statewide trainings to discuss Health Information Technology (HIT) in primary care practice, meaningful use and HHS Incentive program, and provide direct "peer to peer" assistance to providers.

Target Audience: Physicians, office managers, practice managers, and nurse practitioners are all encouraged to attend.
This live activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 2 Prescribed Credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association, as equivalent to the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(tm) toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award (AMA PRA). When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
