LSMS CME Accreditation Program Provider Annual Reports

titleEach year, information is gathered from national and state accredited providers about the size and scope of their CME programs. The data is then published in aggregate on the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education™ (ACCME) website, www.accme.org and is provided as a resource to the CME community and to the public.

LSMS Accredited Providers are required to submit information regarding their CME Programs on an annual basis.  The LSMS may request a complete CME activity file to review as part of the Annual Reporting process.  All Annual Reports are due each January 31st unless otherwise noted.  Forms and reminders will be provided to the accredited organization in November of the reporting year.
