  To register for Members Only access,
  please complete the form below.

  • Your password must be 6 characters long.

  • Your password is case and space sensitive.

The membership number requested below is your ME number, which is assigned by the AMA. It is found on your LSMS Membership Card or dues statement. If you are unsure of that number, you can request it by calling the AMA at 800.262.3211.  You can also request a replacement copy of your LSMS Membership card by contacting the LSMS Membership Department at 225.763.8500. This ensures that only LSMS members can access the "Members Only" pages of the Louisiana State Medical Society website.

At this time, additions can only be made to the data base Monday through Friday during business hours. However, your information will be added as quickly as possible, and you will be notified by email when you have been cleared for Members Only access.
