LSMS Annual
Dues
Parish/Component Society Membership
In addition to your annual LSMS dues, you are required to pay
dues to your parish society. The Louisiana State Medical Society (LSMS) and its chartered
component
societies are a unified membership. A physician must hold joint membership
in both societies. The LSMS is comprised of 42 parish/component societies.
Basic membership may be either in the parish in whose jurisdiction the
physician maintains their principle office or in the parish in whose
jurisdiction they maintain their primary residence.
